The room had a commendable array of toiletries and even included slippers and pajamas, which is a nice touch for those wanting to feel at home. The breakfast offered a wide variety of items, mostly Japanese, catering well to local tastes.

For a family of three, the futon mattress was a thin foam one which left me needing a thicker option after two nights. The breakfast started at 6:30 AM, which was inconvenient on busy days. an earlier start would have been appreciated. Additionally, the coldness inside the bathroom during and immediately after showers was quite uncomfortable, as the automatic air sensors kicked in too quickly after turning off the water.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the vibrant Dotonbori district, Shinsaibashi area, and very close to the train station for easy access to transport. The hotel was exceptionally clean, which is a hallmark of most places in Japan, and the beds were comfortable for a restful sleep after days filled with adventure.

staying at hiyori hotel osaka namba was fantastic! the location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the namba subway station. the foot massager in the family twin room was amazing for unwinding after all the sightseeing. plus, i appreciated how accommodating the staff were, especially for families with allergies.

The room was bigger than typical Japanese hotels, which was a nice surprise. It had a big bathtub, and I loved the little foot massager. The layout with the separate sink and bathroom was super handy. I enjoyed the amenities like the hair curler too. The daily breakfast was also interesting with different foods, but I didn't try it. Only downside was that some noise from the streets could be heard at times.

The room was spacious and the separate toilet and bath layout was a game changer. Super handy having the sink outside too! Loved grabbing coffee from the lobby. Only thing was I wish they had a gym or pool, but the location was spot on—crazy close to food spots like Family Mart and McDonald's!
